Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Adipic Acid, Peach Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Salt, Yellow 5 Lake, Red 3.

  • Add this Peach Danish Glaze Mix to water or fruit juice, after boiled, add fresh, canned or frozen fruit. Can then be used as a pie, or typical glaze.
  • Recipe: Stir 2/3 cups of mix into 1 3/4 cups cold water or fruit juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Add 4 cups of fresh, well drained canned or frozen fruit if desired. Pour into a 9-inch baked shell, or cool and use as a topical glaze or parfait filling. To create a sauce, use 2 cups water to start.
