Thank you for your excellent product! Highly recommend it. I use it to make hot cereal in the AM (adding protein powder, frozen blueberries, cocoa, cinnamon, and ground flax seed). It is consistently excellent and so is the price. I also use it in recipes. It helps me to regulate my blood glucose.
